A relatively new procedure for facial rejuvenation, known as the Vampire facelift, which became famous when Kim Kardashian experienced it, involves the injection into the facial skin of hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restalyne or Juvederm to restore youthful volume and shape; followed by the injection of platelet rich plasma from the patient’s blood which promotes new collagen (for structure and elasticity), new fatty tissue (for smoothness) and new blood vessels (for a healthy glow).
